We want to make shipping simple and straightforward and have several delivery options for you to choose from. We always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will let you know when your item is on its way.

Delivery within the UK 

Free Standard delivery on orders over £50 

Fair Postage Policy

We do not charge additional surcharges for outlying or remote areas within the UK including Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight or BFPO addresses (size and weight restrictions may apply depending on the destination country).

Delivery times are estimated from despatch and subject to stock availability. Working Days are Monday to Friday and don't include UK public holidays.

Additional Delivery Information

  • Delivery charges are calculated by order weight and/or value.
  • The exact shipping amount will be displayed during checkout where you can select the preferred shipping method.
  • The stated delivery timescales are from the date of despatch and not the date of order.
  • Orders dispatched by 11.30am and delivered by express courier should arrive the next working day (Mon-Fri).
  • All other orders should arrive within 2-5 days for Second Class Post and 1-2 days for First Class Post.
  • Very occasionally this can take longer, so we ask that you allow up to 8 days for delivery before contacting us.
  • Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands or any remote location may take longer than the times stated.
  • If your order contains any specially ordered or personalised items these may take longer. Please refer to the individual item for an estimated delivery time.
  • Some items cannot be shipped via standard shipping due to the nature or size of the goods such as very large items or frozen dog food which requires express shipping. Where an item has a different shipping rate applied, this will be clearly stated on the product page and we will contact you to confirm this prior to despatch.

Stock Availability

All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability. For goods out of stock we will update you with our anticipated delivery date within 2 days of receiving your order. You will have the option then of ordering an alternative item or receiving a refund if you prefer.

Collection

You may choose to collect your order from our premises or at an agreed location by prior arrangement. In most cases your order will be ready for collection within 2 working days. However please await a confirmation email of your order completion prior to collection.

Missed Delivery

Occasionally it may be necessary to send items via recorded or signed for delivery. If you miss the delivery you will be given a card with instructions for collection. Please note, packages are generally only held by the Post Office or courier for 1 week, after which time they will be returned to us. Re-delivery of your order will then incur another charge.

International Delivery 

We are pleased to be able to ship orders to international locations. We have calculated shipping rates for various destinations and these options will be displayed at checkout. We recommend that you select a signed and tracked service however we have provided additional options should you prefer to use a non-tracked service. Delivery times are estimated only and may vary depending on the location, therefore cannot be guaranteed.

If your location is not listed or you wish to ship heavy or larger items please contact us for a quote which we will happily supply prior to processing your order. 

Occasionally our couriers will advise they cannot ship an item due to size and or weight limitations or they may impose additional surcharges for certain destinations. In such cases we will contact you immediately to advise prior to processing your order or issuing a full refund. 

Please ensure prior to ordering that the goods you purchase can be imported to the delivery destination. We cannot be held liable for any import duty or local taxes within the delivery country where they apply. In the event that the goods are returned to us we unfortunately cannot refund the postage costs you have paid.
